How to Use

• Wiggle the brush from the root of your lashes to the tip.
• Use the tapered tip of the brush to reach and define inner corner and bottom lashes.
• Layer to your desired intensity. Conditioning formula never dries or stiffens, so you can easily add more throughout the day.
